Publications As a participant in the Patient Notification System, it is imperative that you maintain a detailed log of all infusions by date, product information, reason for treatment, and quantity infused. This documentation will assist you in the event that the National Notification Center (NNC) advises you of any recalls, withdrawls, or warnings. If you do not have an Infusion Log Book, you may want to print out the sample below to use as a reference.
